Embroidery Designs (Digital Products)

As digital items, our embroidery designs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for ready-made designs. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our digital products and designs. However, if, by any chance, you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the same digital design, we are more than happy to assist you. In such cases, we can either provide a refund for the duplicate purchase or replace it with an alternative design of your choice. To initiate this process, please reach out to our customer support team.

Custom Digitizing Service

Our custom digitizing solution is made to meet your specific requirements for embroidery digitizing. Please get in touch with us if, for any reason, you are not happy with the custom digitizing service you have received. As part of our commitment to making sure you're satisfied, we will evaluate your case specifically, and, in some circumstances, we might be willing to provide a refund.

Monthly Subscription

For customers of our Monthly Package, we acknowledge that situations can change and you may have to discontinue your subscription. For the remainder of your subscription, we do accept returns and provide appropriate refunds. Contact our customer service team to cancel your Monthly Package subscription, and we will assist you through the cancellation and refund procedures.

Vector Services

Our Vector Art services are created to satisfy your unique artistic requirements. We are aware that sometimes expectations cannot match actual results. In these kinds of situations, we are committed to cooperating closely with you to address your concerns. Depending on the situation, we might issue a refund or make a change until you're happy with the final product. To discuss any concerns you may have regarding our Vector Services, kindly contact our customer service team.
